Mission:
Our mission is to not only build great athletes but build great people. We are an organization that aims to enrich the neighborhood one outreach program at a time. We do that with the C.A.R. model: Consistency, Accountability, and Repetition. Our goal is to empower the next generation of youth leaders through a positive faith-based atmosphere while improving the lives of adults in inner cities.
Kingdom Youth Sports was established to become an outlet for the pressures of growing up in inner cities. Athletics often become a distraction for individuals who have poverty-stricken issues to deal with at home. Many professional athletes worldwide would have been incarcerated, or worse, had it not been for sports. Our leagues promote positivity, integrity, character, and social awareness. We educate our athletes on EQ and IQ so that they understand the bigger picture that sports often translate to in individuals' lives. Although faith-based, we have an open-door policy that accepts individuals from all walks of life.
At SWACD, we believe that community engagement is vital to our mission. We are currently seeking passionate volunteers and dedicated interns to join our team and make a difference in the lives of those we serve.

The Southwest Bills community outreach program has made a significant impact on the lives of hundreds of individuals by offering a comprehensive range of services designed to foster professional growth and stability. Our program provides essential resources, including on-the-job training, resume writing assistance, interview preparation workshops, and temporary housing support.
Our on-the-job training emphasizes a hands-on approach that equips participants with valuable skills and insights necessary for today’s workforce. We focus on instilling strong leadership values, teaching proper employee etiquette, and enhancing practical skills such as data entry. Additionally, we provide guidance on dressing for success, ensuring that our participants are well-prepared to make a positive impression in any professional setting.
By combining these resources, we aim to empower individuals not only to secure employment but also to thrive in their careers. Our commitment to fostering self-sufficiency and confidence helps participants transition smoothly into the workforce, laying the foundation for long-term success. Through our outreach efforts, we strive to create a supportive community where everyone has the opportunity to achieve their goals and realize their full potential.
